Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their life – in both the spiritual and the mundane. It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences. It is a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.
The specific role of a mentor is:
Manage the relationship
Offer mutual respect
Respond to the learner’s needs
In order to provide a comprehensive and holistic outlook to our graduates our mentoring programme will provide guidance (irshad) and companionship (suhba) to equip them with an A-Z approach to learning and imparting knowledge.
